VK Group unites 1,000 staff and families for festive mega-event

Laughter, music, and festive cheer filled the VK Group premises on December 27, 2025, as the company hosted its annual family gathering. Bringing together nearly 1,000 attendees, the event dissolved corporate hierarchies, uniting blue-collar workers, senior executives, clients and most importantly — their families and children in a shared celebration of Christmas and the New Year.

The gathering underscored the “people-first” philosophy that defines VK Exhibitions & Decor Industry LLC. By inviting the families of office staff and sister companies, VK Group transformed a traditional corporate function into a vibrant community festival, reflecting the inclusive and multicultural spirit of the UAE.

The evening featured lively musical and dance performances that kept the audience engaged throughout, hosted by Dubai-based celebrity anchor Joe Mohan (VoiceGuyJoe). Dignitaries, including Abhimanyu Singh Kargwal (LABOUR and MADAD), joined the celebrations, witnessing firsthand the strong bonds between management and the workforce.

VK Group’s commitment to a “360-degree growth environment” was on full display. The company actively supports its team through year-round sports tournaments, cultural initiatives, and structured training programmes, ensuring that personal well-being grows alongside professional development.

During the recognition ceremony, where more than 60 staff members were honoured for their loyalty and performance, Radheshyam Jangid, managing director and CEO, reflected on the year gone by while looking firmly toward the future.

"Tonight is about more than just looking back at 2025; it is about building our future together," Jangid said. "When we see our families and children here, we are reminded of why we work so hard. We are building a legacy of unity. As we step into 2026, our strength lies not just in our steel and machinery, but in the happiness and security of every family represented in this room."

Reflecting on his personal journey, he added: "As I complete nearly 30 years in the UAE, this country truly feels like home. It has given us safety, opportunity, and growth, and at VK Group, we will continue to set benchmarks for industrial excellence in the UAE."

He also credited the UAE’s visionary leadership — particularly Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai for fostering a secure, tolerant, and prosperous environment where families from diverse backgrounds can live and thrive together.
