Sai Syam Ramachandran, founder and CEO of ELL Properties, has been officially recognised for his contributions to the UAE’s real estate sector at the One UAE International Business Awards. He received the ‘Visionary Leader in Real Estate Advisory & Digital Influence’ award from Sheikh Saqer Ali Binsaeed Al Nuaimi, a member of the Ajman Ruling Family.
The accolade highlights Sai Shyam’s decade-long expertise in the regional property market, during which he has successfully managed a real estate portfolio valued at over Dh500 million.
