“With our expansion in UAE, we are looking to grow as a multi-brand food chain, providing our consumers exceptional quality food with premium ingredients. Our brands have witnessed a lot of growth in demand since the time we launched in Dubai. Our customer-first philosophy has helped us in achieving the title of the best biryani and health brand across various delivery platforms in Dubai,” said Ajay Jain, country head — UAE, Rebel Foods.

Rebel Foods has been working towards ensuring that their con-sumer feels safe through their “Eat.Sure” philosophy, which is defined by daily temperature logged and medically certified to handle food; more than 200 checkpoints for quality, hygiene and safety; use of highest quality ingredients ensur-ing no artificial colour or flavour; and contactless, double-sealed packaging and delivery.Rebel Foods has leveraged tech-nology to deliver a superior custom-er experience.

The consistency has been achieved by automating the cooking process even for cuisines that are difficult to cook. Looking ahead, the company is planning to expand aggressively in Dubai and Abu Dhabi by setting up its own cloud kitchens and forming fran-chise partnerships. The technol-ogy stack along with automated cooking equipment aims to help build and operate cloud kitchens at a fast pace.
