Oommen P. Oommen wins Digital Transformation Leader of the Year at 2025 Fluxx Awards
The award recognises his contributions to enterprise transformation through Microsoft Cloud technologies across the Middle East

Oommen P. Oommen, assistant vice president – digital transformation at Intwo, has been named Digital Transformation Leader of the Year for the region at the Fluxx Awards 2025 held at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. The award recognises his contributions to enterprise transformation through Microsoft Cloud technologies across the Middle East.
Oommen brings over two decades of experience in digital transformation and has been with Intwo, a global Microsoft technology company, since 2011. Under his leadership, enterprises across multiple sectors have implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Copilot, and Power Platform solutions.

At Intwo, Oommen has led digital initiatives across over 10 countries and 800 clients. He has implemented process systems powered by Dynamics 365 for data-driven decision-making and focuses customer engagements on measurable outcomes.
During his acceptance, Oommen dedicated the honour to his parents, mentors, family, and team, stating they have inspired him to lead with purpose, innovate with empathy, and always stay grounded.
"Focus on the process, stay consistent, and trust that results will follow," said Oommen. "Technology should unlock human potential and organisational strength while delivering measurable impact."
Oommen was previously named AVP of the Year for the region in 2024. He regularly speaks at industry events, including the Microsoft Middle East Partner Conference and DIRECTIONS ASIA.
The Fluxx Awards recognise global leaders who demonstrate exceptional foresight and industry influence. Winners are selected by a worldwide jury of domain experts, innovation investors, academics, and futurists who evaluate both accomplishments and broader impact.
