MLF UAE honours Aamil Tabani with Excellence and Achievement Award for National Padel victory

The Memon Leadership Forum (MLF), UAE Chapter has proudly awarded Aamil Tabani with the prestigious Excellence and Achievement Award in recognition of his remarkable accomplishment in becoming the National Padel Champion of Pakistan.

The award ceremony, organised by the MLF UAE Sports Committee and led by chairman Iqbal Advani, was held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Pearl Executive Hotel, Deira, Dubai. The event brought together distinguished members of the Memon community, sports enthusiasts, and respected business leaders to celebrate Aamil Tabani’s outstanding sportsmanship and dedication.

Aamil’s journey to the national title represents more than just athletic achievement, it reflects the community’s commitment to discipline, excellence, and youth empowerment. His victory not only places him at the pinnacle of Pakistani Padel but also serves as a source of inspiration for aspiring athletes within the Memon and wider UAE communities.

"Recognising and celebrating the accomplishments of individuals like Aamil Tabani reinforces the importance of hard work, focus, and leadership values that define both our community and the game," said Iqbal Advani, chairman of MLF during the award presentation.

In response to receiving the award, Aamil Tabani shared: "I’m truly honored to receive this recognition from MLF UAE. I hope this inspires more youth to believe in their potential - on and off the court."

The MLF UAE Chapter continues to support efforts that help its members grow and succeed in business, community work, and now in sports. In collaboration with the MLF Pakistan Chapter, the UAE Chapter will continue to host cross-chapter tournaments to strengthen community ties, promote healthy competition, and encourage youth engagement in sports.
