Mashriq Elite set to deliver over 1,200 residential units in two years
Developer to release 380 residential units in Q4 2026 across Arjan and Discovery Gardens

Celebrating three years since its establishment, Dubai-based Mashriq Elite Real Estate Developments has announced plans to deliver more than 1,200 residential units across Dubai over the next two years. Of this, 380 apartments are scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter of 2026, across projects located in Arjan and Discovery Gardens.
Mashriq Elite, which has a cumulative project portfolio valued at AED 1.5 billion spanning 1,525 residential units, handed over its first residential development, Floarea Residence in Arjan, last year, delivering 206 units. Projects scheduled for completion and handover in 2026 include Floarea Grande in Arjan, comprising 222 units, and Floarea Vista in Discovery Gardens, offering 158 units.

"We had a highly successful 2025, launching four prime property developments, including our debut in Dubai Islands with Floarea Breeze. Our priority has always been disciplined growth while adhering to our timeline commitments. We are now entering a strong delivery cycle over the next two years, which will take our total footprint across some of Dubai’s most active residential districts to over two million square feet of built-up area," said Kamran Muhammad, CEO of Mashriq Elite Developments.
Mashriq Elite currently has a portfolio of eight projects, with five under development, one completed, and two set to be launched in the first quarter of 2026. Projects under full-scale construction include Floarea Grande in Arjan, Floarea Vista in Discovery Gardens, Floarea Skies in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Floarea Oasis in Dubai Land Residential Complex (DLRC), and Floarea Breeze in Dubai Islands.
Floarea Skies in JVC, comprising 192 units, and Floarea Oasis in DLRC, offering 257 residences, are expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2028. Meanwhile, the developer’s maiden project in Dubai Islands, Floarea Breeze, which features 48 apartments and four townhouses, is anticipated to be delivered in the third quarter of 2027.
"We are in an accelerated growth phase, and our next strategic expansion will be into Meydan and Dubai Production City (IMPZ) — two locations that continue to attract investors due to infrastructure expansion, connectivity, and competitive price appreciation," Kamran Muhammad added, noting that both projects are scheduled for launch in the first quarter of 2026.
