International Women Awards (IWA) Dubai 2025 concludes on a high note

The International Women Awards (IWA) Dubai 2025, one of the region’s most anticipated celebrations of women empowerment, concluded on a high note with a spectacular awards ceremony held in the heart of Dubai.

Organised by West World Group UK & UAE, the prestigious event brought together exceptional women leaders and changemakers from across the globe, honouring their remarkable achievements, resilience, and impact across a broad spectrum of industries.

The awards were presented by Naima Lashari, founder and CEO of West World Group UK and UAE, alongside co-partner Hendrik Ven Der Ham, chairman of Seventh Project Development. The distinguished evening was further graced by chief guest, Ahmed Adheeb Abdul Ghafoor, former president of the Maldives; and guests of honor including Sarwat Abdul Razzak, chairperson of ARY Gold, and Hazzem Elmazne from Royal El Emirat. Over 40 inspiring women were recognised for their excellence across sectors such as healthcare and wellness, education, technology, fashion and entertainment and business.

Some of the distinguished awardees included Shaikha Hasan, Mahwish Awan, Bhairavi Prakash, Dayana Solano, Irka Bochenko, Dr Vibha Bhardwaj, Fizzah Khan, Pauline Gurnel, Arezu Aghasey, Sandi Rich Saksena, Sirin Mazumder, Farrel Lisa, Eshal Shaukat, Aditi Khare, Krystle Koh, Aisha Nasim, Sadia Abbasi, Ume Marwan, Parveen, and Sabah Hassan Sherani Al Balushi, among many others.

The evening was made even more memorable with musical performances by actor and model Bilal Iqbal and his team from Chilanka Music & Dance Institute Dubai, captivating the audience. A soulful song presentation by Irka Bochenko, famously known as ‘The James Bond Girl’, and the melodious Laroussi Hind left the audience spellbound.

Adding a heartfelt touch to the evening, Naima Lashari also unveiled "Samina Mumtaz", a new fashion label comprising clothing and bags, launched in loving memory of her late sister.

The event was proudly sponsored by Futurezone, Cell Care Medical, Trip Ifeza Tours, and the Asian Arab Chamber of Commerce. Guests also enjoyed exciting giveaways from Cravers, Ahmed Al Maghribi Perfumes, and Rubaba.
