Georgian Global has announced its official brand launch in February 2026, alongside the establishment of its presence in Dubai. Powered by Georgian College in Ontario, Canada, Georgian Global delivers Canadian academic excellence, enhanced by regional industry knowledge, to learners worldwide.

"We’re thrilled to bring our approach to training and workforce development to the region," said Kevin Weaver, president and CEO of Georgian College and Director of Georgian Global. "This is an exciting period of progression and innovation in the Middle East, and we look forward to helping develop and empower adaptable, future-ready talent as a trusted and highly collaborative partner."

Georgian Global specialises in creating practical, industry-focused training programmes designed to help professionals upskill, nurture leadership, and support economic growth across global markets.

The initiative is backed by Georgian College’s strong reputation for innovation, applied learning, and deep industry partnerships, alongside proven graduate and employer outcomes. Established in Canada in 1967, Georgian College ranks among Ontario’s top institutions for graduate employment and employer satisfaction.

As the UAE continues to invest in priority sectors such as healthcare and artificial intelligence, Georgian Global aims to strengthen regional partnerships with leaders including Dr Mariam Shaikh and MS Education. "Our goal is to co-create locally relevant, globally benchmarked solutions rather than simply export education," Weaver added.

Georgian Global is also set to introduce its flagship initiative, the Georgian Global Dealer Academy – Dubai, in 2026. Developed in collaboration with the Automotive Association of the Middle East and North Africa (AMENA), the academy will deliver internationally benchmarked, results-oriented training programmes aimed at developing future leaders in automotive dealerships.

Senior officials from Georgian Global and Georgian College will be in the region to support the launch, including Kevin Weaver, president and CEO; David Johnson, vice president, Finance and Corporate Services; Stephanie Barry, executive director, Georgian Global; Mustafa Aydin, senior manager, Global Business Development; and Jason Dale, executive director, Automotive Business School of Canada, Georgian.
