FundedNext, a leading company in the prop trading industry, has launched “Fundee,” the industry’s first AI assistant for prop traders. With support for 32 languages, Fundee is a major step forward in accessibility for traders and sets a new standard for trading platforms and their competitors in terms of interacting with their global user base and prioritising customer experience.
FundedNext launched this AI assistant with a goal to make the onboarding process of the traders smoother, simpler, and more human, especially for users new to prop trading. Traders from diverse backgrounds can easily access any queries regarding trading and the details of FundedNext and its services and offerings. Starting from where to start, what trading challenges they have, to the micro details of every trading rule and policy for trading can be learned through seamless communication with this AI Assistant. Decision-making for traders from different backgrounds will be much easier now, because Fundee will be having casual conversations with the clients, and that will help them choose plans or paths according to their needs.
The AI assistant currently supports 32 different languages, including Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Spanish, Turkish, Mandarin, and more. The responses are delivered in a natural, human-like tone, with no technical jargon, so that non-English speakers can feel confident as well. Whether a trader is browsing from a desktop or navigating on mobile, Fundee is an easy way to ask questions and get answers on the go. It’s not designed to replace human support teams but to reduce the volume of basic questions and allow live agents to focus on more complex cases.
“This isn’t just about building something cool. It’s about solving a real problem,” said Syed Abdullah Jayed, CEO of FundedNext. “We’ve seen time and time again how many new traders feel stuck or overwhelmed, not by the markets but by the process of getting started. Fundee is our way of saying: we hear you and we’ve built something to help.”
According to Syed Abdullah Galib, chief strategy officer at FundedNext, the decision to build a voice-first tool came directly from user feedback. “One of the biggest hurdles for beginners is not knowing where to start. And for many, English isn’t their first language, which only adds to the hesitation,” he said. “We built Fundee to remove that friction. It’s fast, simple, and feels natural. It allows traders to focus their energy where it matters most, on developing their skills and executing their strategies.”
Fundee is the latest addition to FundedNext’s efforts to make prop trading more accessible, inclusive, and easy to navigate. Earlier this year, the company integrated a live AI support assistant, Fin AI, collaborating with Intercom Inc. to provide faster answers to common support questions via the live chat feature from the FundeNext platform. This adds more value to the customer support enhancement from FundedNext’s end and reflects their vision to prioritize traders' perspectives.
The launch comes as FundedNext is rapidly expanding its reach with users in over 170 countries and over $150 million in performance-based rewards paid out to date. As the company grows globally, ensuring users feel supported from the start, regardless of their background or location, has become a top priority.
