Enhanced platform consolidates reporting, compliance tracking, and client communication into a single dashboard

Finanshels, a UAE-based financial operations firm, has updated its Client Portal to centralise financial data, compliance tracking, and client communication within a single digital platform.
The updated portal has been rolled out to existing clients as part of a phased implementation. According to the company, the update is designed to simplify access to financial records and compliance-related information that businesses typically manage across multiple systems and communication channels.
Through the portal, clients can access a unified dashboard displaying financial reports, compliance deadlines, stored documents, assigned points of contact, and service requests. Reports and documents can be viewed and downloaded directly from the platform, with automated notifications triggered when new files are uploaded.
Financial reports within the portal include system-generated summaries that highlight key figures and changes over time. These summaries are intended to present financial data in a structured, accessible format to support ongoing review and decision-making.
The platform also features a centralised document management system for financial, legal, and compliance records. Documents are organised into folders to support efficient record-keeping and retrieval, with the system aligned to documentation practices commonly required under UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
A dedicated compliance module tracks regulatory obligations such as VAT filings, licence renewals, and document expiry dates. Clients can also add custom compliance deadlines, with reminders and a calendar view available to monitor upcoming requirements.
In addition, clients can submit service requests through an in-portal ticketing system and track their status. A referral submission feature has also been included for internal tracking purposes.
Commenting on the update, Muhammed Shafeekh, CEO of Finanshels, said: "As businesses grow, financial and compliance information often becomes fragmented across emails, spreadsheets, and multiple systems. This update is focused on giving clients a single, structured view of their financial and compliance data, enabling easier access to information and reducing operational friction."
The updated portal has been deployed to existing clients, with historical data migrated as part of the rollout. Finanshels said feedback from this phase will be reviewed ahead of wider onboarding, noting that the update forms part of its ongoing efforts to improve how client information is managed and accessed.
