Finance World Magazine’s highly anticipated UAE Realty Awards 2025 unfolded in spectacular fashion at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, setting a new benchmark for excellence, innovation and celebration in the country’s dynamic property and finance sectors.
Presented by Wasaya Investments and powered by iFund Factoring, with support from The Elite Cars (a subsidiary of Elite Group Holding) and FnP, the glittering event brought together senior government officials, industry veterans, renowned real estate experts, and financial leaders to honour the pioneers shaping the UAE’s real estate future.

One of the evening’s most poignant moments came with the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement in Real Estate Award to Hussain Sajwani, Founder and Chairman of DAMAC Group. The accolade acknowledged his extraordinary career and transformative contributions to the UAE’s built environment, firmly establishing him as an icon of the industry.
The evening radiated elegance, set to the enchanting melodies of internationally renowned flute player Liss. The venue dazzled with sophisticated décor, providing the perfect backdrop for networking, celebration, and inspiration. The night commenced with a high-energy performance by African Drummers UAE, instantly electrifying the atmosphere. This was followed by a spellbinding act by internationally acclaimed Emirati mentalist Moein Al Bastaki, whose mind-bending performance captivated and amazed the audience.
