Excel Properties, one of the UAE's leading real estate brokerages has announced the promotion of two senior female professionals into leadership roles, reinforcing its commitment to diversity, operational excellence and long-term growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

As part of its year-end leadership restructuring, the company promoted Sana Shaikh to vice-president – Marketing and Kristina Gribkova to sales director, recognising their consistent performance, strategic impact and leadership contributions across the organisation.

The promotions highlight Excel Properties’ focus on fostering a collaborative, accountable and innovation-driven work culture, where leadership is built on merit, trust and sustained results.

Founded in the early 2000s by managing director Mohamed Al Maktabi, Excel Properties, has steadily evolved into a prominent player in the UAE’s real estate sector. From its early beginnings, the company has been shaped by a strong entrepreneurial vision supported by a committed team of real estate professionals and operational specialists.

Speaking on her journey, Sana Shaikh noted that Excel Properties offered the right environment to transform opportunity into progress. With nearly a decade of leadership experience at the firm, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s marketing, digital presence, and operational systems — particularly during periods of market uncertainty, including the Covid-19 pandemic.

Under her leadership, Excel Properties established a full-scale SEO division, an in-house backend development team, and a comprehensive CRM platform that streamlined internal workflows and enhanced client engagement. These initiatives contributed to a 50 per cent growth in qualified leads and the successful servicing of more than 20,000 clients.

The integrated digital ecosystem has enabled agents to access centralised insights, improve productivity, and focus on delivering value-driven client experiences — further reinforcing the company’s reputation for ethical and performance-led brokerage services.

Meanwhile, Kristina Gribkova’s elevation to sales director reflects a leadership journey rooted in consistency, people-first values, and long-term thinking. Known for her structured yet empathetic leadership style, she has played a key role in driving sales performance while building sustainable, high-performing teams within a fast-paced industry.

Emphasising the importance of representation, Gribkova said that visible leadership makes success tangible and attainable, particularly in traditionally male-dominated sectors. Her approach prioritises trust, clarity, and accountability over hierarchy, fostering an inclusive and results-oriented sales culture.

Today, more than 25 per cent of Excel Properties’ clientele comprises seasoned investors and referral-based relationships, reflecting the firm’s credibility and long-term client trust.

Both leaders acknowledged the guidance and support of managing director Mohamed Al Maktabi, crediting his commitment to empowering women in leadership and creating an environment where collaboration and shared ambition thrive.

With plans to expand operations, including the acquisition of a third commercial office space, Excel Properties is positioned for its next phase of growth — driven by leadership that blends strategic vision with operational discipline.
