The Dubai Gold and Jewellery Group (DGJG) met the Israel Jewelers Association (IJA) recently as part of a strong trade mission. The delegation visit aimed to acquaint the IJA with Dubai’s business environment and competitive advantages and vice versa.
In the presence of high-ranking members of each association, the meeting addressed ways of increasing cooperation between the two nations and discussed regional and international issues of common interest.
Both delegations also agreed to participate in each other’s exhibitions that will help to diversify their plans towards achieving their developmental goals.
These significant steps are in line with Dubai’s efforts to reinforce the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for the country’s non-oil economy.
