Changer Club, a private network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with over €10 billion in cumulative net worth, has announced a strategic investment in EVEDEX, a newly launched hybrid exchange and decentralized financial platform. The investment highlights the growing institutional interest in next-generation decentralized finance (DeFi) infrastructure.

EVEDEX has positioned itself as a high-performance exchange platform, offering near-zero transaction fees, instant order execution, and complete on-chain transparency. Built on Arbitrum Layer 3 and powered by a custom rollup, EVEDEX focuses on modularity and scalability, enabling it to support complex trading strategies and seamless feature integration. Planned additions include peer-to-peer transactions, loans, debit cards, copy trading, and an educational hub.

The move comes as Changer Club expands its presence in the Web3 space with the launch of Kralow Crypto Ventures, a dedicated crypto syndicate to back early-stage blockchain and DeFi projects. The syndicate is led by Thomas Kralow, chairman of EVEDEX, who brings market experience and technical insight to the initiative.

Commenting on the announcement, Kralow emphasised the importance of building sustainable, transparent liquidity mechanisms and the development of a proprietary Layer 3 infrastructure intended to serve millions of users globally.

“EVEDEX is not just another exchange. A competent team is building smart contract mechanisms for sustainable and transparent liquidity, as well as a proprietary Layer 3 infrastructure with an aim to create a decentralized financial ecosystem for millions of people,” said Kralow.

Changer Club's involvement in EVEDEX signals a trend toward increased institutional participation in decentralized finance. With this partnership, both organisations aim to contribute to the maturation and credibility of the DeFi ecosystem.

Arkady Steimans, managing partner at Changer Club, stated that the decision to support EVEDEX reflects the club's broader strategy of investing in scalable systems that form the backbone of the evolving DeFi landscape.

“At Changer Club, we look for systems, not just products. EVEDEX isn’t just a DEX but the architecture for the next layer of DeFi,” he added.

“Platforms like this are the backbone for large-scale Web3 investments. Thomas and the EVEDEX team showed exactly what we look for - clarity, depth, and strong execution. We immediately saw the potential, and supporting their growth was the obvious next step.”
