BNI Early Birds, widely regarded as the “Happiest Chapter in the UAE” and the chapter with the region’s highest seat value exceeding Dh1 million, will celebrate its 20th Anniversary Gala on December 6, 2025 at Radisson Red Dubai.

The landmark event will bring together an impressive lineup of international dignitaries, led by Norberto Carlos, Ambassador of Cuba, as the chief guest. Other esteemed attendees include Dr Annalee Cecelia Babb, ambassador of Barbados; Tony S. Joudi, ambassador of the Bahamas; Ziya Rahaman, ambassador of Grenada; and Avondale Paul, ambassador of the Commonwealth of Dominica.

The celebration will also host influential business leaders, long-standing members, and alumni who have shaped the chapter’s two-decade journey. Under the leadership of President Dr Sijo C Mathews, a Navy veteran, and his leadership team Dr Faisal Shaikh and Hawas Mohammed, the chapter continues to push boundaries in collaboration and business growth. "This milestone reflects the spirit of Givers Gain and the deep relationships that define our community," Dr Mathews said.

Founded on the global vision of Dr Ivan Misner and strengthened in the UAE by pioneers Bijay Shah and Anuradha, BNI has grown into a vibrant network of more than 1,600 members in the UAE today.

The Early Birds gala will feature contributor recognitions, sponsor showcases, a special alumni reunion, and cultural performances — celebrating 20 years of impact and entrepreneurship.
