Asha’s, the award-winning Indian fine dining restaurant with a legacy of over two decades in the Middle East, has introduced The Royal Hyderabadi Table — a limited-time regional menu celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Hyderabad, one of India’s most storied food cultures.

Available across Asha’s locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain, the menu draws inspiration from the royal kitchens of the Nizams, where slow cooking, measured spice, and depth of flavour defined Hyderabadi cuisine. The showcase reflects a cuisine shaped by history, tradition, and refinement.

Highlights include Hyderabadi haleem, slow-cooked to achieve its signature velvety texture; Hyderabad-style pressure cooker chicken pulao, prepared to lock in aroma and tenderness; and Hyderabadi lamb chops, marinated in regional spices and cooked for intensity and balance. Developed as a chef-led, limited-time offering, The Royal Hyderabadi Table brings a focused regional narrative to the table, celebrating Hyderabad’s culinary identity while reinforcing Asha’s long-standing cultural and culinary bond with the Middle East.

The regional menu is available until March 31, 2026, at all Asha’s Restaurant branches.
