almatar Group has signed a smart connectivity agreement with Elm during their participation in the Hajj & Umrah Conference and Exhibition. The agreement aims to enable advanced connectivity solutions that support digital transformation and improve the efficiency of services provided to pilgrims.

The partnership focuses on strengthening technical integration between almatar’s systems and the Nusuk and Masar platforms, contributing to a more seamless pilgrim journey — from trip planning to arrival in the Kingdom. The collaboration supports the delivery of integrated travel and accommodation services through reliable, scalable systems that enhance operational efficiency and service continuity.

Under the agreement, the new connectivity solutions will facilitate secure access to a wide range of Hajj and Umrah services via advanced digital platforms. This is expected to accelerate processes and improve service quality for organisations operating across the sector.

Commenting on the agreement, Faisal AlRajhi, CEO of almatar Group, said the partnership marks an important step in advancing digital solutions for the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem. He noted that the initiative will enhance system readiness and enable pilgrims to access travel, accommodation, and mobility services with greater ease, reliability, and confidence.

The collaboration aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, supporting ongoing efforts to elevate Hajj and Umrah services and deliver a smoother, more enriching experience for pilgrims.
