AITO, China’s luxury intelligent vehicle brand, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Performance Plus Motors, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Motors (ADM), one of the UAE’s leading luxury automotive dealer groups.
The agreement was signed in Chongqing, China, by Jason Wang, President of SERES AUTO Overseas BU, and Syed Faiz Karim, CEO of Abu Dhabi Motors. Leon He, President of SERES AUTO, and Kelvin Zhao, Chief Representative of ADM China, attended the signing ceremony as witnesses. The partnership marks a significant milestone in AITO’s expansion into overseas luxury new energy vehicle (NEV) markets and signals the next phase of the brand’s global growth strategy.
With over 40 years of industry experience, ADM has established itself as one of the Middle East’s most influential luxury automotive dealer groups. Its extensive sales network, strong high-net-worth customer base, and professional operational standards have positioned it as a benchmark in the regional market.

AITO has emerged as one of the fastest-growing NEV brands, surpassing one million units in production within just 46 months. Its flagship AITO 9 has led China’s RMB 500,000+ segment for 21 consecutive months, reinforcing the brand’s leadership in intelligent luxury mobility.
Through this strategic partnership, both parties aim to strengthen their competitive edge in the luxury automotive sector. The collaboration will open a new chapter in the Middle East’s intelligent luxury vehicle market, driving shared value creation for both the brand and the region.
Performance Plus Motors will oversee the sales, delivery, and after-sales service of AITO’s luxury intelligent models in the UAE. Plans are underway to establish dedicated brand experience and service centres designed to deliver immersive, premium customer experiences aligned with AITO’s positioning.
ADM will also leverage its local market expertise to support AITO’s entry into high-end consumer segments through targeted marketing and brand communications. The two companies will collaborate across customer service, market intelligence, and resource integration to build a sustainable, long-term partnership.
Jason Wang, president of SERES AUTO Overseas BU, said: "Our collaboration with ADM marks an important milestone in AITO’s globalisation strategy and a new starting point for exploring the Middle East luxury NEV market. ADM’s extensive experience and strong local resources will provide solid support for AITO’s operations in the UAE. Together, we aim to bring intelligent innovation to the region’s luxury automotive sector while strengthening AITO’s global technological capabilities."
Syed Faiz Karim, CEO of ADM, added: "AITO’s technological capabilities, product quality, and luxury positioning align closely with the expectations of the Middle East’s high-end market and our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. We will leverage our network, resources, and operational expertise to support AITO’s long-term growth in the UAE and unlock new opportunities within the luxury NEV segment."
AITO models have completed local hardware and software adaptation, as well as all required certifications. The flagship AITO 9 has already begun user test drives in the UAE, marking a pioneering step for a Chinese intelligent luxury brand engaging directly with overseas customers.
Vehicles have also arrived at Dubai port, ready for delivery following the official launch. ADM’s established infrastructure will provide strong operational support for product launch, distribution, and long-term market development.
Looking ahead, AITO plans to deepen its presence in the Middle East, using the UAE as a strategic gateway for regional expansion while strengthening its position in the global luxury intelligent NEV market.
