A refined identity signals the company’s shift towards capability driven, technology enabled industrial construction

In a move signalling a new chapter for the organisation, Agnice—one of the UAE’s established industrial construction players—announced its rebranding to Avalar at an unveiling ceremony attended by industry leaders, clients and long-standing partners.
The transformation underscores the company’s steady progression over recent years, marked by increasingly technical projects and a growing reputation for precise, high-commitment delivery. The Avalar identity introduces a sleek aesthetic—minimalist, sharp and strongly architectural, capturing both the maturity and renewed confidence of the organisation.
Aasim Ameer, CEO of Avalar, speaking at the launch, said the change was inspired by clarity and purpose. “Avalar isn’t a new beginning — it is a clearer mirror of who we are today. Our clients pushed us to rise higher, and our teams responded. This brand speaks to that rising confidence: grounded, disciplined, and designed for the future of industrial construction in the UAE.”
“Our priority now is to remove information silos — aligning teams around single sources of truth and automating routine processes so decisions are faster and errors are fewer. This digital alignment will directly lift efficiency across our projects,” noted Anish Kasim, general manager of the firm.
The new visual language sets Avalar apart from its competition, with branding that leans toward premium simplicity rather than traditional construction imagery. Analysts say the fresh positioning sends a message: Avalar aims to compete not just through execution, but through identity, culture, and design-led presence in the market. The company plans to leverage the rebrand to reinforce its foothold in specialized industrial facilities, logistics parks, cold chains and storage, manufacturing facilities, hazardous chemical storage and other high-growth segments powering the UAE’s next phase of development.
