The platform continues to grow in scope and ambition. Now in its fourth edition, 'Make it in the Emirates' is widely regarded as the UAE’s flagship industrial event, bringing together industry leaders, government officials, and global investors to explore the future of smart manufacturing. It serves as a launchpad for national products, fosters collaboration, and promotes the country as a hub for advanced industry.
The 2025 edition will expand to over 68,000 square metres of exhibition space and host more than 700 participating entities, with an expected 30,000 visitors over four days. 'Make it in the Emirates' Awards
In addition to job offers and investment opportunities, the forum will feature the Make it in the Emirates Awards, the ICV Champions recognition programme, and a series of ministerial panels and strategic discussions. These sessions will explore policy frameworks, industrial partnerships, and success stories that have emerged from the UAE’s industrial strategy.
Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, said the platform plays a crucial role in building national capabilities. “This initiative comes at a time of global economic uncertainty and supply chain shifts. The UAE has built a resilient model and we remain confident in our ability to sustain long-term industrial growth,” he said.

The event will also introduce the Global Exchange Programme, designed to help startups enter the Japanese market during Expo 2025 Osaka. Meanwhile, cultural heritage will take centre stage at the Artisans Handicrafts Pavilion, which will feature live demonstrations of 40 traditional crafts across 10 themed zones.
Mubarak Al Nakhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, said: “Preserving and supporting Emirati handicrafts is about more than tradition—it’s about nurturing our creative identity and connecting generations through shared heritage.”
