PNG Jewellers is an established Indian jewellery brand from Maharashtra. It debuted in the UAE almost two years back, and since then has become a well-known entity due to its contemporary and intricate jewellery designs and high service standards.
Paresh Gondkar, CEO, PNG Jewellers in Dubai said, "Most people in the Indian community have their own taste and liking. Having said that, PNG Jewellers has left no stone unturned to capture the imagination of its customers with their mesmerising collection of an array of different precious masterpieces, right from the Ethnic Polki, Scintillating Silver, Classic Kundan, Alluring Gold Jewellery and now our enchanting range of Diamond Jewellery - the Timeless Collection by Madhuri Dixit, PNG has something for everyone."
They are also known to be trendsetters in converting the traditional Mangalsutra into a 'nano' Mangalsutra, which is specially designed to cater the modern working woman of today. "We are also coming up with mangalsutra bracelets now," said Gondkar.
"To attract youth, we also have the glass Muranos from Venice as a part of our gold jewellery collection." Gondkar said that the Turkish range is doing very well. "These pieces are lightweight and have an impeccable finish."

Timeless pieces
Gondkar highlights that the store will be launching the 'timeless' collection this festive season, for which they have tied up with Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit-Nene.
He said, "The Timeless collection is curated carefully for the fashion-forward woman who knows that confidence is her best accessory. The timeless collection defines supreme craftsmanship and unique designs that are bound to leave an unforgettable impression on everyone's mind. She (the actress) has been personally involved in designing the range."
This festive season PNG Jewellers will give an exclusive opportunity to meet and greet Madhuri Dixit, who will be visiting the UAE in November. They also have a silverware range on display, which fares well during the season.

Bollywood buzz
PNG is known for its glorious associations with the showbiz industry and has managed to steal the lime-light with its innovative and captivating campaigns with renowned Bollywood personalities like Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon and now the heartbeat of billions of fans around the world and queen of Bollywood 'Madhuri Dixit'.
Saurabh Gadgil, Chairman and Managing Director of P N Gadgil Group, said, "We have realised customers' requirements and their need to feel exclusive at all times. Hence, we have introduced Bollywood-inspired collections as our new product line for the exquisite Bollywood experience for lovers of Hindi cinema."
In the past, PNG has developed dedicated collections for many Bollywood blockbuster films such as Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and Shahrukh Khan's Dilwale.
Gondkar said, "The iconic pendant in Bajrangi Bhaijaan was designed by us. It was immensely popular not only in India, but also around the world. One of our most popular collection is the Prem Ratan Dhan Payo collection, which was the limelight of our Diwali campaign last year."
He added that the brand is also currently developing collections for a couple of other upcoming Bollywood movies, starring big names from the industry.

Dubai calling
"Dubai was always a market under the radar and one with huge potential as a lot of Maharashtrians live here," said Gadgil. "We are now in our second year, and it has been a fantastic journey. A lot of other communities like our jewellery because it comes straight from our workshop in Pune. We also have our own craftsmen and the team that has been designing exclusive pieces for generations."
He highlights that in a place like Dubai, there is a lot of competition, but at the end of the day, the design and service standards speak for itself.
Gadgil said that after successfully tapping the Dubai market with their first store, which successfully completed two years now, PNG Jewellers is looking forward to expand their horizon by opening two more outlets in Dubai and another one in Abu Dhabi.
