What is the number one item on your to-do list?

I’ve been wanting to do a yoga retreat for some time now. Meditation, clearing the mind and more wellness. Finding the time to do this for the past year has been difficult!

What good deed are you hoping to do today?

Make someone else smile.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

Immunity! I’m constantly travelling and falling ill becomes such an inconvenience with a busy schedule. If I could have a super-power like immunity to avoid sore throats, fevers, nausea… I’d surely be one happy lady!

Your fitness mantra?

Mix it up! My body always feels and looks its best when I mix up my workouts. You don’t want your body getting used to anything — surprise it constantly!

The first thing you think about in the morning?

The day’s schedule, and (sadly) social media.

The app on your smartphone you click on most.

Instagram and a bunch of photo apps.

Your favourite hangout in the UAE is…

City Walk — I’m especially obsessed with the dessert bar Rice Creamery at the moment.

What is your greatest fear?

Seas and oceans. I don’t like not knowing what’s underneath, so I tend to skip beach activities altogether.

Favourite movie character of all time and why?

Ryan Gosling in The Notebook. Dream man.

One thing you’d like to change in your life?

Stress less. (I need that yoga retreat!)
