A doctor in Germany is being praised on social media for his care for the 4-year-old patient, Gerrit.
The doctor had promised to dance for Gerrit as soon as he starts feeling better.
And as promised, the doctor at Horst-Schmidt-Kliniken (HSK) in Wiesbaden, Germany, broke into a dance certainly making his patient extremely happy.
The video of the heart-warming dance was uploaded on YouTube and thousands of people have since written their praiseworthy messages for the doctor and the boy.
Gerrit is suffering from an extremely rare gene defect called, Microcephalic osteodysplastic primordial dwarfism (MOPD) type 1, according to reports in Sunnyskyz.
This kind of genetic condition severely affects a child's development and health and at present there are almost 10 children worldwide living with this condition.
He was admitted to HSK hospital and his health improved after four weeks of treatment. The doctor who looks after him wanted Gerrit to recover soon and promised to dance for him if he showed improvement. And, fulfilling his promise the doctor can be seen joyfully shaking a leg in the boy's hospital room
