A quick-thinking Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable saved a passenger from being crushed under a running train at Manmad station in Maharashtra.
The incident took place on Monday, September 16, when RPF constable, Manish Kumar Singh, who was patrolling platform no. 3 of Manmad station saw a man slip down while boarding a train. The footage of the heroic save was posted by Central Railway on their official Twitter account and shows the constable running and pulling the man back to safety.
The tweet amassed praiseworthy comments as netizens hailed the RPF constable a hero. One person wrote: 'Manish Singh is a real life hero', while another wrote: 'Be careful next time and don't board the train ones it started. Also it was great job done by the RPF'.
