A learner driver in China died of a cardiac arrest during a driving test.
The 30-year-old woman was reportedly too nervous and anxious during the test and passed out. She was rushed to the hospital where she died. The incident took place on January 31.
The Daily Mail quoted a witness saying that she was reverse parking when she suffered the attack.
"The test requires a lot of attention and it takes up energy from your whole body. It puts on a lot of stress to the learner drivers, especially young people," Hu Bin, a driving instructor at a driving school in Suzhou was quoted saying.
Drivers must take deep breaths and eat well before taking the test, he suggested.
"Emotion management can be crucial to learner drivers during practices. If they have learnt to adjust their mood, they would be able to handle the stress during exams." he said.
