Video: Mother drags son behind scooter as punishment in China

She tied his hands to the scooter.

A young boy was tied to a scooter by his mother in China before the motorbike moved and dragged the boy along the ground. 
According to the Daily Mail, the mother tied his son to the scooter using strings as a means of punishing him for being 'naughty'.
A short clip of the incident - recorded by an onlooker - has gone viral online.
In the clip, the onlooker not only witnessed the ordeal between the mother and her son, but even tried to stop the abuse.
The young boy can be seen lying on the ground with both hands tied to the back of a scooter. He was crying whilst being dragged by the vehicle. The mother said that she was teaching his son how to behave.
The mother has been punishing her son for days, the Daily Mail reported.
