Video: Car with two kids inside starts moving without driver
Dubai - A cab driver then rushes towards the car.
A video on People's Daily China shows the terrifying moment a cab driver runs to apply the brakes on a car that was moving without a driver, saving two children in the backseat.
According to the video, the car is seen waiting at a traffic signal in Yichang, Hubei. Next to him in the adjacent lane is the cab driver. That's when the cabbie is said to have heard the children crying inside the car. Moments later, the car suddenly starts moving and the quick-thinking cab driver starts running after the car to apply the brakes.
The video shows the cab driver running in blazing heat, leaving his footwear behind, to chase the moving car. The unidentified cab driver is being hailed a hero for averting a major mishap.
