Thai police struck a bizarre deal with two teenagers caught riding motorcycles without helmet and made them do press-ups.
The young men, who were asked to pay a fine of 500 baht (Dh58 approx), did not have any money on them after which the cops decided to come up with the unusual punishment, reported the Daily Mail.

Pictures of the teenagers show them doing press-ups on the side of the road with traffic going past while the cops stand over them, keeping a watch. After finishing their set, the men thanked the officers who told them to remember wearing helmets in future.

The legal age to drive a motorbike is 15 in Thailand and all passengers are required to wear a helmet.
