The man, a resident of Montgomery County, told Maryland Lottery officials that his dream led him to visit the Crescent Convenience store in Bethesda and buy a Max A Million scratch-off ticket. The man then went home with the ticket where he discovered the winning numbers however he was unable to interpret the results.
Hence, the man returned to the store to seek assistance with the numbers where a clerk confirmed he had won $1 million jackot. "I cannot believe it. I am getting happy, happy, happy," UPI quoted the man as saying.
