Video: Bundles of cash thrown out of building window in India
People scrambled to collect the money.
Amazing footage is circulating online of bundles of cash being thrown out of the window of a commercial building in Central Kolkata.
According to The Hindustan Times, at least three bundles of 2000 and 100 rupee notes fell from the sixth floor window of the building onto the street below. People in the footage can be seen scrambling to collect the money.

The footage was recorded by a local shopkeeper. Witnesses claimed that the incident took place when Directorate of Revenue Intelligence officers were conducting raids.
"We raided some offices in the building but there is no apparent connection between our raids and the money being thrown out," an anonymous DRI officer said.
The raids continued till late Wednesday evening.
