Video: 10-year-old girl dies in shocking giant wheel accident

Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh - The child died instantly as she crashed on the ground.

In a horrific accident at a local fair in Andhra Pradesh, a 10-year-old lost her life as the seats of a giant wheel came loose.
In the video, that has been shared on social media, we can see the child fall off from the car and crash into the ground after a bolt gave away. The girl lost her life on the spot and six others, including three children,  were severely injured in the accident, according to NDTV. 
The onlookers had alerted the wheel operator about the loose bolt but the drunk man failed to act quickly. 
He was later handed over to the police and a probe has been ordered in the incident.
