Two Pakistani nationals - one who crossed into India last year to meet superstar Shah Rukh Khan and another one who overstayed after getting married in India - were on Wednesday repatriated to Pakistan through the Attari-Wagah joint check post, around 30 km from Amritsar.
The 21-year-old Abdullah had jumped into India across the Zero Line between both countries on May 25, 2017 after the Beating Retreat ceremony in a desperate bid to meet his favourite star Shah Rukh Khan.

He was immediately nabbed by Border Security Force (BSF) troopers and booked under the Foreigners Act.
Abdullah was sentenced to imprisonment for six months by a local court and was lodged in the Amritsar Central Jail.
Talking to the media, he said, "I came to India via Attari in 2017. It was my childhood dream to come to India and meet Shah Rukh Khan."
Talking further he said, "My dream was not fulfilled. I'll come back again."
The officials said that his repatriation got delayed despite the end of his sentence as his exact whereabouts in Pakistan were not known earlier and the proper documents for his repatriation could not be completed. He hails from Swat region in north-west Pakistan.
The other person, Mohammad Imran Qureshi Warsi, who is a resident of Karachi, was sent back after spending 14 years in India, including 10 years in prison.
Warsi, who arrived in India in 2004 on valid documents, was sentenced by a court in Bhopal on charges of forgery, cheating and spying after overstaying in India. He even got married here and had two sons.
Following his repatriation on Wednesday, his wife and sons, who are Indian nationals, remain in Kolkata.
