A 17-year-old Kerala school student who was suspended for hugging a girl classmate, has scored 91.2 per cent in the class 12th examination.
The boy who belongs to Commerce stream, scored an 87 in English, 99 in Economics, 90 in Business Studies, 88 in Accountancy and 92 in Psychology.

The teen, who was student at Thiruvananthapuram's St Thomas Central School in Mukkolakkal, was unable to attend classes for four months.
The teen boy and girl were suspended for "a long hug in the school and intimate pictures in their Instagram accounts".
After lawmaker Shashi Tharoor's intervention, the students were  allowed to appear for the exams.
"Our son has been permitted to take his exams, since classes for class XIIth are over. We will still challenge the high court order in an appeal to expunge the extreme remarks against the teenagers in its judgment," the boy's father told NDTV.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced its annual board examination results on Saturday, May 26.
The CBSE is India's biggest school board and globally, 11,84,386 students registered to attempt its 2018 Grade 12 final examination. A total of 918,763 students passed the exam that took place in March-April. From the UAE, a total of 6,696 students sat for the exams.
