Indian actor arrested for selling pistols illegally

Mumbai - Three others have also been arrested along with the actor.

Kannada language film actor Jagadish Hosmath was arrested on Sunday by Central Crime Branch (CCB) police for selling illegal pistols, ammunition, and other arms. Jagadish, who acted in Kannada film Sarkar, was arrested at his residence in Ganeshpete, Hubli. 
Three others who have also been arrested along with the actor were identified as Mohammed Nizam, BG Satish Kumar, and Sayyed Samir Ahmed.
Times of India reported that CCB police were in search of customers for selling of pistols and ammunition near the BEMAL quarters which led to Mohammed Nizam and Jagadish. Two pistols and 21 bullets were recovered by the CCB police. The other two accused, Satish Kumar and Sayyed Sameer, were arrested on the basis of the information given by Nazim and Jagadish. Currently, all the accused have been sent to judicial custody for further investigations.
