Police arrested two men from the Indian state of Haryana for allegedly burning two people alive in their car last week.
The duo set two people on fire to fake their own death for claiming life insurance, worth Rs. 3.2 crore (approximately Dh1.6 million), according to The Times of India.
The bodies of the two men, found in the burnt car, were charred beyond recognition. The police said the murder was well-planned to procure fake death certificates for the insurance claim.
