In a horrific series of events, a suspected cannibal is accused of having killed his uncle, aunt and their adult son according to a Daily Mail report.
The suspect, a 29-year old Ukrainian chopped up the remains of the victims and boiled them in a saucepan to make 'meat stew' using the remains of his relatives.
Investigators of the Ukrainian police found two firearms and cans and pans filled with human meat. Prior to this they had tried to break into the room since it was locked. The suspect is thought to have shot himself in the head to evade arrest.
The neighbours of the suspect called in the police after not seeing the family for a while. They also complained of an 'unpleasant smell' coming from the apartment.
The suspect was still alive with a gunshot wound to the head when police found him. He died on the way to the hospital.
A full scale investigation is underway with the intention of discovering the motive or whether or not this was the first crime of its scale that the suspect committed.
