Pumping iron needn't completely cease just because of the time of year. In addition to an expanded roster of world-class indoor sporting facilities, the fifth edition of Dubai World Sports (DSW) - the Middle East’s largest indoor sporting venue – will feature its most impressive gymnasium and fitness class schedule to date.

DSW has recruited international mega brands Fitness First and TechnoGym to operate and equip its completely remodelled gym and fitness area – a core component of the huge, air-conditioned, indoor venue which runs from June 21 to August 29 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

The completely free-to-enter gym will also boast a dedicated fitness studio for payable group classes and a cycling studio. The entire gym area and purpose-built studios will be manned and operated by internationally-accredited trainers from Fitness First, the Official Fitness Partner of DSW.

With kids-only Zumba classes (every Friday morning) and Belly Dancing classes also starting after Ramadan, Fitness First will also host three special, post-Ramadan events for large groups of up to 150 people: BodyCombat, Zumba Juniors and a ladies-only Zumbathon. A full timetable of Fitness First’s GX sessions at DSW and prices is online at www.fitnessfirst-me.com.
