Coya Dubai is giving guests another reason to mark their calendars this summer as this Peruvian hotspot introduces two additions to its menu. 

Throughout the month of Ramadan until the first week of August, the Four Seasons Resort outlet will be featuring a delectable, limited edition cake and smoothie featuring the Middle East’s staple fruit, dates.

Having been in cultivation for thousands of years, dates have long been a beloved fruit in the region. This season, Coya Dubai plays tribute to this important ingredient with a delectable date cake - served with almond milk sorbet and yoghurt cream, topped with a generous pistachio crumble and a hint of orange zest. Also on offer is a special Canelita (smoothie) complete with dates, almond milk, bananas and a dash of cinnamon.
