Radisson Blu Hotel in Deira will be hosting two celebrity chefs at the upcoming Dining at the Creek event during the Dubai Food Festival. Sanjeev Kapoor and Manal will hop on board the Al Mansour Dhow to provide foodies with a unique dining opportunity inside the kitchen while providing insight into their own cooking secrets and culinary success.
On February 18, Chef Kapoor will prepare his finest dishes including Pesto Malai Paneer and Lehsooni Murg Tikka Makhani while on February 23, Chef Manal will be delighting guests with her own signature dishes.
The evenings will also put Emirati food on showcase with a menu of the upcoming restaurant Aseelah, to be opened later this year at the Radisson Blu Hotel.
