Record-breaking daredevil Bello Nock arrived in Dubai yesterday to search out his next death-defying stunt.

The Florida native is a seventh-generation circus performer who holds the Guinness World Record for the highest ever wire walk across a cruise ship.

In 2001, he was named ‘America’s Best Clown’ by Time Magazine - while other famed stunts of his include hanging on a trapeze under a helicopter over the Statue of Liberty and jumping off the roof of a four-storey building in Brooklyn.

The father-of-three, who has been scouring Dubai for inspiration, said, “This is my first time in the Middle East and I’m excited by the endless possibilities for stunts here.

“There are so many amazing, iconic structures here in Dubai, it will be difficult to choose where to perform my next stunt. The overall vibe here is so positive and I can’t wait to come back here and perform.”

The trip to Dubai is part of a tour around the world which will culminate in ‘The Ultimate’ performance in Las Vegas, where Bello will perform 15 death defying stunts in 15 minutes or less.
