A night of golden melodies in Dubai

As part of their 14th anniversary celebrations, Swiss Arabian's Lamhe is back to regale Dubai audiences with the melodies from the golden era of the 50's, 60's and 70's. The musical troupe flown in from Mumbai, India, will set the night alight with the tunes of Mohd.Rafi, Lata Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle, Hemant Kumar, Kishore Kumar and Manna Dey among others. Babuji dheere chalna, Ek ladki bheegi bhagi si and Ai meri zohra jabeen are among the hits, music lovers can look forward to listening during the event. From the Forgotten 50's to the Fabulous 60's, and the Swinging 70's, the evening promises a trip down memory lane and a night of soulful melodies and foot-tapping music. Compered by Bhim Singh the evening's key performers include Anil Bajpai, Sangeeta Melekar, Neelima Gokhale, Mridula Desai and Rana Chatterjee.
Swiss Arabian's Lamhe takes place this Thursday, November 19, at Crowne Plaza Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road. The show starts at 9pm and tickets are priced at Dhs350 inclusive of a lavish buffet dinner and free parking), Dhs250, Dhs150 and Dhs100.
