'Saaho' stars Prabhas, Shraddha in Dubai

The multi-lingual movie's worldwide premiere to take place in city this Thursday.

Action-thriller Saaho, touted as one of the most expensive movies to be ever made in India, is all set to release in the UAE this Friday, August 30. Now word has come in that the lead stars Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor will be making a quick dash to Dubai on Thursday, August 29 to promote the movie.
While the event details are still sketchy at this point of time, we have been told that they might not make an appearance at the world premiere of the movie, hosted by Phars Film and UV Creations on August 29 night at Novo IMAX, IMG Worlds of Adventure.
Not much is known about the plot of the film, except that Prabhas plays an action hero who goes on a rampage against the villains.
This is Prabhas' first outing at the theatres since 2017's Baahubali 2: The Conclusion.
The Telugu actor has in recent interviews spoken about how he won't be signing on for a big budget movie anytime soon, considering his last two movies have taken a lot of his time and energy. For UAE fans, the movie is bound to be made extra special by the fact that it was shot extensively in the capital city of Abu Dhabi. The entire team was stationed there while the high-octane action sequences were being filmed.
The Sujeeth-directed film also boasts a multi-lingual cast including Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Chunky Pandey, Mandira Bedi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay and Murali Sharma among others.
