Frankie Dettori will partner the Distorted Humor horse in the 1600m turf trip which attracted quality field of 11 runners under the starter’s orders. Ahmed Ajtebi rides Ibn Khaldun and Ted Durcan will be on Fravashi to complete the Godolphin trio in the race.

Having finished respectable third to Goldikova the Grade One TVG Breeders’ Cup Mile on turf at Santa Anita last November, Justenuffhumor returns to the track in the distinguished Royal blue silks of the powerful stables.

Formerly trained by Kiren McLaughlin in the US and ridden by Alan Garcia, Justenuffhumor won six of his nine starts. He was well beaten by Court Vision in the Shadwell Turf Mile (Gr-1) in Keenland in October en route to the Breeders’ Cup.

Ibn Khaldun’s latest start came in May, 2008, when he kept on at the same pace to finish down the field in the Group One 2,000 Guineas, run over mile on grass at Newmarket, UK.

He was one of the leading British juveniles of 2007 and ended that season with a convincing three-length triumph in the mile turf Group One Racing Post Trophy at Doncaster in October.

The five-year-old son of Godolphin’s Group One scorer Dubai Destination also posted a pair of victories on turf at Ascot, taking the mile Group Three Deloitte Autumn Stakes in October and winning a seven-furlong nursery in September.
