President Cup draw in Ras Al Khaimah
RAS AL KHAIMAH — The UAEFA decided to hold the HH The President Cup draw at the Emirates Club in Ras Al Khaimah during the holy month of Ramadan or at any other venue proposed by holders.
The job of the President Cup winners is to host the draw ceremony as an annual tradition to be attended by top sports personalities along with the club’ representatives and newsmen.
Meanwhile, HE Mohammed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, president of the UAEFA reiterated that the move comes as a gesture of appreciation to the title holders and the draw would be held at the most ideal venue for hosting the same as may be elected by the host club.
The fans will also be able to follow up the details of the draw from the live TV coverage. Al Rumaithi said they have intended to add colours to the ceremony by providing more incentives and motivations for the clubs involved.
