Subverting the cliches of the modern rom-com, this amusing story focuses on the blossoming friendship between two very different men.

Rudd plays Peter, a real estate agent and boyfriend extraordinaire to Zooey (Jones). But after the happy couple become engaged, Peter realises that he has no potential best man – having neglected male friendships throughout his life in favour of girlfriends.

On his quest to find a new buddy, Peter endures several disastrous experiences before meeting Sydney (Segel), a charming slacker, as he’s trying to sell a house belonging to Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno.

After writing his first rap song aged just eight, Lil Wayne caught the attention of Cash Money Records owner Bryan Williams a short while later.

But after being taken under Williams’ wing and starting his first group The B.G’z, Wayne (real name Dwayne Carter) almost lost his life in November 1994, aged just 12.

The hip-hop hopeful discovered a 9mm handgun in his mother’s New Orleans apartment, having returned home early from school. The weapon had been left there the day before by a man who had come over to watch an American football game.

After picking up the gun to play with it, Lil Wayne accidentally shot himself through the chest – managing to call emergency services as he lay on the ground bleeding.

The youngster was discovered by off-duty policeman Robert Hoobler, who raced the boy to hospital as no ambulances were available.

Years later, after Lil Wayne had become a hugely successful rapper, he visited a local restaurant to meet Hoobler – who didn’t realise that the superstar was the same boy whose life he had saved. The pair chatted briefly, and Lil Wayne paid for Hoobler’s lunch.

The vid – made in support of a rescue shelter – follows an adorable bulldog as it dons sunglasses, eats a special cake and heads to the park to play.
