After filing for divorce in September 2016, Angelina Jolie is rumoured to have called off her divorce with husband Brad Pitt. According to a report in US Weekly, a source has revealed the "divorce is off".

"They haven't done anything to move it forward in several months and no one thinks they are ever going to," the source said. The actors ended their relationship after spending 12 years together. They got married in 2014 and are parents to six children: Maddox, 16, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11 and 9-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

The separation was set in motion after a plane trip last year in September where Brad allegedly created chaos in a drunken stupor. There were also rumours that he abused their oldest son Maddox.

Angelina wasted no time in filing for divorce just a couple of days later. However, Brad was cleared of the allegations and in January the pair agreed to use a private judge in their divorce case.

In recent interviews to GQ?and other publications, Brad has revealed how he has completely given up drinking. "I can't remember a day since I got out of college when I wasn't drinking...I'm really, really happy to be done with all of that. I mean I stopped everything except drinking when I started my family. But even this last year, you know - things I wasn't dealing with. I was drinking too much," he said.

"He got sober to try and win her back," the source told US Weekly. "He knew he had a problem that he had to take care of. And that's all she ever wanted."

"Everyone thinks they are going to get back together ... It wouldn't be surprising if they announced that they're calling it off and trying to work things out," the source added.

Angelina is currently awaiting the release of her Netflix film, 'First They Killed My Father'.
