A host of celebrity names will be attending the annual Abu Dhabi Dream Ball on January 23 in a bid to raise funds for the improvement of vital health care for tens of thousands of Syrian refugee women and children who are based in Lebanon.

Organised by UAE women's group Sawtouna, the Emirates Palace event will see Danish supermodel Helena Christensen, fashion designer Alice Temperley and Swiss-born actor Kat Graham of The Vampire Diaries fame in attendance.

Performances from singer Sana'a Nabil, Arabs' Got Talent dance group Mayyas and pianist Raul Di Blasio can also be expected. Money will be raised through a Christie's associated auction on the night.

Tickets for the event start at Dhs2500 and are available at 800tickets.com
