Mall of the Emirates has recently announced their MOE Active concept which brings qualified professionals to conduct morning workouts inside the mall premises. These classes will occur every morning from Sunday to Wednesday at ZERO dirhams. You only need to register to be a part of it.

Below are some details on the sessions you can join (again, all for FREE).
Sunday - Mall Walkers invites participants to walk in circuits throughout the malls secure, well-lit, and climate controlled environment led by an instructor who demonstrates stretching session pre and post circuits
Monday - Mall Circuits is a supercharged version of Mall Walkers where participants are led by an instructor who demonstrates stretching sessions as well as Interval Training stops throughout the course of the circuit
Tuesday - FlyWheel is an experience crafted by Ruth Zukerman, the legendary instructor and driving force behind the New York indoor cycling phenomenon. FlyWheel is an experience that lasts 45 minutes and includes climbs and descents, while working arms with weighted bars. It's an amazing escape that challenges your body and relaxes your mind.
Wednesday - FlyBarre. FlyBarre is a fun, high-energy workout that quickly tones and strengthens muscles. We switch up our routines frequently, so even though we always concentrate on arms, core, thighs, and glutes, we guarantee you won't get bored.
