His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received similar cables from King of Morocco, Tunisian Prime Minister Mahdi Juma, and Turkey Defence Minister Ismat Yilmaz.
