Mohammed bin Zayed reassured regarding Haj pilgrims from UAE

Abu Dhabi - Al Kaabi said that he briefed Mohammed bin Zayed on the procedures and efforts being exerted by the Haj mission in implementation of directives of the prudent leadership to ensure the safety of pilgrims and facilitate their mission.

His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, in a telephone call to Dr. Mohammed Matar Al Kaabi, Chairman of the General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments and head of the UAE official Haj pilgrimage mission, inquired about the well-being of UAE pilgrims in the Holy Land.
Al Kaabi said that he briefed Mohammed bin Zayed on the procedures and efforts being exerted by the Haj mission in implementation of directives of the prudent leadership to ensure the safety of pilgrims and facilitate their mission.
He added that Mohammed bin Zayed has directed the provision of all assistance, allowing them to perform Haj rituals in peace and safety.
Mohammed bin Zayed asked Dr. Al Kaabi to convey his greetings and best wishes to the pilgrims, praying to Allah Almighty to keep them safe.
Al Kaabi expressed his appreciation of Mohammed bin Zayed's initiative which, he said, reflects his interest in the well-being of the UAE pilgrims and procedures being taken to ensure smooth performance of the Hajj.
